Depart Toronto – Houston. Air Canada Flight 8109 departs Toronto at 8:10 am arrives Houston at 10:41 am Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to Galveston Island.
Days 2 - 30 March 02 - March 30, 2013
Your accommodations for 30 nights will be at the Dawn Condominiums. Address: 7000 Seawall Boulevard, Galveston, Galveston Island, TX 77551
The Dawn Condominiums is a charming condominium nestled along the seawall in a gated community offering spectacular gulf & pool views, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, 2 resort style pools, 1 spa tub and a full fitness centre.
The Dawn offers 1 bedroom/1 bath condos at 825 square feet, furnished in a comfortable, casually elegant design with stylish amenities including custom cabinetry, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer and dryer, carpeted bedrooms, tile flooring and tile bath. Enjoy a 76 square foot balcony with fabulous Gulf views or a patio overlooking one of the beautiful pools.
Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn are 1 mile and the Historic Strand, Post office Street Arts & Entertainment District including antique shops and art galleries, 1894 Grand Opera House and historic homes tours are only 2 miles from our gates. Please note there are no telephones set up at the Dawn we recommend that you purchase a prepaid phone locally at a nearby Radio Shack for approx. USD50 for the month. Internet Wifi Access can also be set up locally for an approx. cost of USD30 for the month if you bring your laptop with you.
Relax at your resort or explore the surrounding area of Galveston Island and Houston with the convenience of your car rental. Your car rental can be picked up and dropped off in Galveston Island. Your Merit Tour host will be available for suggestions on local excursions. The Galveston Convention and Tourism Bureau is also located minutes from your resort and can provide you with assistance and information on restaurants, attractions, and things to do in Galveston Island as well as surrounding areas.

You will be met and transferred to the port to embark on a luxurious 7 night Royal Caribbean Western Caribbean cruise on board Mariner of the Seas sailing from Galveston.

Arrive Galveston. Disembark your cruise and transfer to the airport for your flight home. Air Canada flight 8112 departs Houston at 5:20 pm arrives Toronto at 9:17 pm.
